1. 🐾 Our Services
We offer professional pet care services including (but not limited to):

Each service is tailored to your pet’s needs and is subject to availability.
2. 📍 Service Area & Travel Fee
Our services are based in Table View.
For clients located more than 10 kilometers outside of our base area, an additional travel service charge of R15 per service will be levied.
This fee helps cover fuel and travel time to ensure your pets receive the care they deserve.
3. 💳 Payment Terms
We use the Yoco Payment System for safe and secure payments.

All services must be paid in full before or on the day of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Invoices will be sent electronically.

Accepted payment methods include Yoco card payments, EFT, or other approved payment methods listed on our website.

No cash payments are accepted unless pre-arranged.
4. ⏰ Cancellations & Refunds
We understand that life happens.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service will not be charged.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full service amount.

Refunds are not issued for services already completed.
5. 🐶 Pet Health & Safety

It is the client’s responsibility to inform us of any health concerns, behavioural issues, or special needs in advance.

We reserve the right to refuse service if a pet shows signs of aggression, illness, or poses a risk to the sitter.

In the event of an emergency, we will attempt to contact you immediately. If unreachable, we will act in the best interest of your pet and may consult a veterinarian.
6. 🏡 Access & Security
Clients are responsible for providing access to their property for the duration of the service.

All keys, remotes, or access codes will be handled with the utmost care and confidentiality.

We will not be held liable for any false alarms or security issues due to incorrect access instructions.
7. 🔐 Privacy & POPIA Compliance
We respect your privacy and are fully compliant with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

Any personal details shared with us will be used solely for service delivery and will never be sold or shared with third parties.

8. 📸 Photos & Social Media
We love sharing happy tails! With your permission, we may take photos of your pets during our visits for use on our website or social media.
Let us know if you prefer not to have your pet featured — we respect your choice.
