Please read them carefully.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"471\" data-end=\"474\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"476\" data-end=\"500\">1. \ud83d\udc3e Our Services<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"501\" data-end=\"574\">We offer professional pet care services including (but not limited to):<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"575\" data-end=\"691\">\n<li data-start=\"575\" data-end=\"590\">\n<p data-start=\"577\" data-end=\"590\">Pet Sitting<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"591\" data-end=\"604\">\n<p data-start=\"593\" data-end=\"604\">Pet Feeds<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"605\" data-end=\"618\">\n<p data-start=\"607\" data-end=\"618\">Dog Walks<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"619\" data-end=\"649\">\n<p data-start=\"621\" data-end=\"649\">Overnight On-Site Pet Care<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"650\" data-end=\"667\">\n<p data-start=\"652\" data-end=\"667\">House Sitting<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"668\" data-end=\"691\">\n<p data-start=\"670\" data-end=\"691\">Plant &amp; Garden Care<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"693\" data-end=\"769\">Each service is tailored to your pet\u2019s needs and is subject to availability.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"771\" data-end=\"774\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"776\" data-end=\"813\">2. \ud83d\udccd Service Area &amp; Travel Fee<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"814\" data-end=\"1016\">Our services are based in <strong>Table View<\/strong>.<br data-start=\"865\" data-end=\"868\" \/>For clients located <strong data-start=\"888\" data-end=\"915\">more than 10 kilometers<\/strong> outside of our base area, an <strong data-start=\"945\" data-end=\"1000\">additional travel service charge of R15 per service<\/strong> will be levied.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1018\" data-end=\"1110\">This fee helps cover fuel and travel time to ensure your pets receive the care they deserve.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1112\" data-end=\"1115\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"1117\" data-end=\"1142\">3. \ud83d\udcb3 Payment Terms<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1143\" data-end=\"1209\">We use the <strong data-start=\"1154\" data-end=\"1177\">Yoco Payment System<\/strong> for safe and secure payments.<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1210\" data-end=\"1530\">\n<li data-start=\"1210\" data-end=\"1316\">\n<p data-start=\"1212\" data-end=\"1316\">All services must be paid in full before or on the day of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1317\" data-end=\"1358\">\n<p data-start=\"1319\" data-end=\"1358\">Invoices will be sent electronically.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1359\" data-end=\"1477\">\n<p data-start=\"1361\" data-end=\"1477\">Accepted payment methods include Yoco card payments, EFT, or other approved payment methods listed on our website.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1478\" data-end=\"1530\">\n<p data-start=\"1480\" data-end=\"1530\">No cash payments are accepted unless pre-arranged.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"1532\" data-end=\"1535\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"1537\" data-end=\"1571\">4. \u23f0 Cancellations &amp; Refunds<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1572\" data-end=\"1606\">We understand that life happens.<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1607\" data-end=\"1934\">\n<li data-start=\"1607\" data-end=\"1698\">\n<p data-start=\"1609\" data-end=\"1698\">Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service will not be charged.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1699\" data-end=\"1797\">\n<p data-start=\"1701\" data-end=\"1797\">Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a <strong data-start=\"1770\" data-end=\"1794\">50% cancellation fee<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1798\" data-end=\"1877\">\n<p data-start=\"1800\" data-end=\"1877\">No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full service amount.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1878\" data-end=\"1934\">\n<p data-start=\"1880\" data-end=\"1934\">Refunds are not issued for services already completed.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"1936\" data-end=\"1939\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"1941\" data-end=\"1972\">5. \ud83d\udc36 Pet Health &amp; Safety<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"1973\" data-end=\"2384\">\n<li data-start=\"1973\" data-end=\"2096\">\n<p data-start=\"1975\" data-end=\"2096\">It is the client\u2019s responsibility to inform us of any health concerns, behavioural issues, or special needs in advance.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2097\" data-end=\"2215\">\n<p data-start=\"2099\" data-end=\"2215\">We reserve the right to refuse service if a pet shows signs of aggression, illness, or poses a risk to the sitter.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2216\" data-end=\"2384\">\n<p data-start=\"2218\" data-end=\"2384\">In the event of an emergency, we will attempt to contact you immediately.
